Mr. Tippins was in law enforcement for five years. He values greatly the law enforcement training (LEO) he has received through the years.

Mr. Tippins thanks God for giving the world people like the late (GM) Remy A. Presas and those who are adhering to his way of sharing his beloved Modern Arnis. The late (GM) Remy A. Presas commissioned Guro Harold Evans to assist Mr. Tippins in his training. Also thanks to Tuhon Ray Dionaldo, Guro Harold Evans and other Masters who have assisted and supported Mr. Tippins in his quest to teach, host workshops, and give seminars in the Montgomery, Alabama area.
